William H. Pearson of the Town of Plattekill, a master mechanic for AKIMA, LLC at West Point, NY entered into rest, Thursday, January 29, 2015 at St. Luke's/Cornwall-Newburgh Campus. He was 54.
The son of the late Henry and Margaret Sthele Pearson, William was born July 16, 1960 in Wappingers, Falls, NY.
He proudly served his country in the US Army from 1980 to 1987. He was a member of the Bethlehem Rod & Gun Club, NRA, Teamster Local 445 and was a ASE Certified Master Mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Manuela Gross Pearson at home, sons: Jonathan Pearson and wife, Alina of Modena and Michael Pearson and wife, Amanda of the Town of Newburgh; brother, John Pearson of Elizaville, NY, sister-in-law, Debbie Pearson; grandchildren; MacKenzee, Jonathan, Madison and Emma, nieces and nephews, grandniece, Gabriele Pearson and grandnephew, Thomas Pearson. In addition to his parents, William was predeceased by his brothers: Wayne, Harry and Thomas Pearson.
Visitation for family and friends will take place Tuesday February 3rd from 4 to 8 p.m. at White & Venuto Funeral Home, 188 North Plank Rd. (Route 32) Newburgh, NY.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 4, 2014 at the Most Precious Blood Parish, 42 Walnut Street, Walden, NY. Cremation to follow the mass at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
