Ayshe Ahmet of Marlboro, a teacher's assistant for the Orange AHRC passed peacefully at the age of 58 on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at St. Luke's Hospital in Newburgh. She was surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer.
The daughter of Cemal Bayram and Fatma Ali, Ayshe was born April 17, 1957 in Cyprus.
Ayshe is survived by her mother, Fatma Bayram of Newburgh, beloved husband, Asaf E. Ahmet of Marlboro, son, Koray Ahmet of the Town of Newburgh, daughters; Cigdem Ahmet and Yeliz Ahmet both of Marlboro, brother, Ali Bayram of the Bronx, grandson, Bruce Ahmet and other loved ones. She was predeceased by her father, Cemal Bayram.
Funeral services will take place Noon, Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the United Islamic Center, 408 Knickerbocker Ave, Paterson, New Jersey.
Burial to follow at the East Windsor Cemetery, 790 Windsor Perrineville Rd., East Windsor, New Jersey.
A Celebration of Life will take place, Saturday, October 10th from 2 to 5 p.m. at Bistecca Restaurant, (Suite 103), 16 North Plank Rd, Newburgh to share memories. Family and friends are welcome. Please enter through Suite 103, not the main entrance to the restaurant.
