Ramon A. Lebron of Plattekill, NY, a retired transit worker for the NYC Transit Authority entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 28, 2018. He was 76.
Son of the late Roberto and Theresa (Santiago) Lebron. He was born on October 28, 1941 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico.
Ramon proudly served his country for the United States Air Force and Army Reserve. He was predeceased by his wife, Sagrario (Moran) Lebron in 2010.
Survivors include six sons: Dennis A. Lebron and his wife, Ada of Plattekill, David M. Lebron and his wife, Maribel of Highland, Abel Olivencia and his wife, Hanzo of PA, Michael J. Santiago of Florida, Jacques E. Gambles of Newburgh and Jose E. Moran of Kingston; one daughter, Kim Lebron of Plattekill; two brothers, Jesus Zacaria Robertito Lebron and Jose Anibal Lebron; one sister, Vilma Moran; five grandchildren, Paris, Adrianna, Aeden, Christopher and Ivan; and four great grandchildren, Isabella, Jasmine, Angel and Mason.
Visitation will take place on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Road, Newburgh, NY.
A funeral service will take place 10:00am, Tuesday, July 3 at the funeral home, Pastor Thomas Stimpson will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor.
