Ralph Ira TerBush, of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest on Thursday, August 16, 2018. He was 99.
Son of the late Ira and Edith (Hornbeck) TerBush, he was born February 20, 1919 in Sundown, NY.
Ralph was the retired owner/operator of Tele Bros. in East Orange, NJ, former scoutmaster of Troop 62 Boy Scouts of America in Clifton, NJ. He proudly served his country in the US Army Air Corp. during WWII. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Parish.
In addition to his wife, Harriett Irene (Reeks) TerBush, Ralph is survived by two sons, Dwight A. TerBush and his wife Maureen and Alan F. TerBush all of the Town of Newburgh; three grandchildren: Helena, Andrea and Marisa and five great-grandchildren. Ralph was predeceased by two brothers, Floyd TerBush and Harold TerBush, and two sisters, Mildred Barkley and Nellie Faith.
Private cremation took place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Private graveside will take place at the Fostertown Cemetery in Newburgh at a future date with military honors.
