Tyus M. Lawrence was born November, 21 1995 in Newburgh, NY. He was the middle child of seven siblings, three sisters and four brothers. He also had three step brothers and one step sister.
Tyus was raised in Newburgh, and later resided in Connecticut where he received his education. He attended Griswall High School. He began playing football and became one of the talented players for his home team. He had a special place in his heart for the love of football, basketball and for all other sports. He was looking forward to becoming a coach or broadcaster for sports.
He was Baptized at the age of two at the Greek Methodist Church in Yonkers, NY, and was Baptized for a second time at Corner Stone City Church in Norwich Connecticut at the age of 20.
Tyus M. Lawrence was called home on Saturday, September 15, 2018, way to early in life. He leaves to cherish his memory, a loving (father), Mark Lawrence, (mother) Lisa Coddington, (stepmother) Diane Lawrence, (grandmothers) Pinkie Smith and Barbara Wilson, (grandfather) Charles Smith, (son) Tyzion Lawrence Roderick, (aunts) Betty, Tina Lawrence, Jennifer Williams, (uncles) Mike and Anthony Lawrence, Mark Gulick, Randy Wilson, (siblings) Nahyma, Rashana Lawrence, Latisha Patterson, Jeffery Savoy, Amari Sweat, (stepbrothers) Lowell, Lonnie, Shawn, (stepsisters) Lorina and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Road, Newburgh, NY. A Funeral Service will follow at 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Private Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
