You Can Prepay
Prepayment generally means that you save money by being protected from inflation. We deposit all prepayments into a trust fund where it remains until needed. Prepaying also provides peace of mind for your family, who won’t have to figure out your funeral expenses when the time comes.

We keep a record of your preplanned arrangements and any prepayments, and they’re easily transferable to any funeral home in the United States.

NYS Disclosure
New York state law requires certain pre-need agreements to be irrevocable for applicants for receipt of supplemental security benefits under section two-hundred and nine of the social services law, or of medical assistance under section three-hundred and sixty-six of the social services law, and for the monies put into a trust under this agreement to be used only for funeral and burial expenses. If any money is left over after your funeral and burial expenses have been paid, it will go to the county. You may change your choice of funeral home at any time.
